Dina originates from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she relocated in Dix Hills on Long Island shortly before finishing her junior year. Dina Meyer is the sister of two brothers, Gregory is her older brother and Evan is her younger. When she was nine till 16, she started working in the industry of entertainment through modeling. Her acting career began in The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was a student of Sanford Meisner's methods with Ron Stetson for three years. Other actors to receive such education include Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, among other actors. Her first acting role came in Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating in Los Angeles. The role was as the main character in Johnny Mnemonic in which she performed almost all her stunts her self, establishing her skills as an actress. Through the agents of Matt LeBlanc that she was able score a recurring part on Friends.
